Hi Lo Impact Aerobics

The Division of Workforce Development and Community Education is pleased to offer a Hi-Lo Impact Aerobics class.

This is a combination Hi-Lo impact class designed with both men and women in mind. Each class adheres to the exercise guidelines set forth by the American College of Sports Medicine. The one-hour class includes a complete cardiovascular workout and a stretching and strength training component that will tone muscles and burn fat.
